Our story.

In 2017, Amazon® released a programmable version of its popular Dash button specifically for ordering products. Once it became publicly available, we immediately bought a button as we recognized that its capabilities could go far beyond just ordering products.

Our team began developing the technology to assign the Dash buttons for our pharmaceutical clients, as well as program the backend to manage the platform’s messaging capabilities and track all communications. The goal was to give doctors the ability to simply press a button that would immediately contact their pharmaceutical representatives. From this breakthrough, our Cue technology was born.

In 2019, Sercomm® and AT&T® rolled out their cellular IoT button, overcoming the limitations of Wi-Fi and giving Cue the advantage of working anywhere in the United States. Nationwide reach was a game changer for our platform, expanding its capabilities into numerous applications and its utility from the pharmaceutical industry into multiple industries and audiences.

Customers can now connect to the versatile Cue platform in a manner that best suits their business: a physical long-term evolution (LTE) Cue button; virtual options for iPhones, iPads, and Android devices; Web-based connections (QR codes, near-field communication [NFC]); as well as Amazon® Alexa.

Realizing that physical buttons were the foundation we could grow on exponentially, our team began developing new ways to advance Cue’s capabilities, all while continuing to perfect our process and workflow for each new functional advancement.
